Zohra Sehgal passes away at 102
Veteran Bollywood actress Zohra Sehgal, who was seen in films like Dil Se, Kal Ho Naa Ho, Veer-Zaara, Cheeni Kum and Saawariya passes away at 102 years.
The seasoned actress was also a part of many Hollywood projects like Bend it like Beckham to name a few. She was also a choreographer in several Dev Anand films like CID, Nau Do Gyarah, Baazi, Neecha Nagar and Dev Anand in Goa.
Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan tweeted on her sad demise.
He wrote, Amitabh Bachchan @SrBachchan, “T 1541 – Zohra Sehgal passes away at 102 yrs ..what a journey and what an immensely loveable co star ! Prayers for her blessed soul !!”

Very sad. In last 20 odd years, she was an inspiration to old people all over – how to be lively and smiling all the time. Immense contribution and rightly got all the Padmashri, Padmabhushan & Padmavibushan awards!

Nowadays people are easily crossing 90 and also 100.
Zohra was active throughout and her smile was infectious.
