  1. Good one. But he should stop reading the same passages over and over again.

    GODHULI is a fine film and SAMSKARA is a master-piece – both in print and on the screen.

    And NASEER did speak very good Kannada in the film for sure.

    On that note, KARNAD’s TUGHLAQ is an outstanding written-work. I still have the original print with me and have read it many times in the past few years. Highly recommended. TALEDANDA has been performed a few times at the GUTHRIE THEATER, Minneapolis. I caught his plays in PRITHVI, in RANGASHANKARA, Bangalore as well as GUTHRIE. Must say the American crew did a fine job.

    Fine jab at Raj Kapoor. Hard to imagine he would recommend DAVID DHAWAN. Although I must say he did fit well in NUKKAD.
