The song has been recreated by Sneha for the movie. Actually in this day and age I’d be VERY surprised if a song turns out to be copied because of how quick one can be caught. Even Pritam doesn’t plagiarize anymore. Bollywood these days is good at acknowledging the original Song or mentioning if a song is a folk song. Films are another story.

This is catchy, best of luck Akki. His 4 movies this year have all been distinctly different, good for him. It’s been a while since he’s gotten a hit with one of these types of movies.

ha ha! again a mindless comedy from prabhu deva / akki – akki has nailed it ! every year 4-5 films and each one does 80-100 cr – he must be pocketing 15-20 cr for each film – wah bhai wah! 🙂

I liked it, it was fun. This sort of crazy OTT madness is something only Akki can do. A couple of scenes reminded me of Action Jackson though which is not a good thing. I hope Prabhu Deva hasn’t screwed up too much here. The title song sounds catchy and I’m glad they’re reusing RDB’s song Aaja Mahi. It is a sure shot chartbuster. I just hope Akki promotes this film well- he should promote it like he promoted his last “Singh” movie, Singh Is Kinng. This has got a Holiday Friday first day, and I’m hoping it can at least get a 20+ opening if not hopefully even beat Bang Bang’s opening which released the same day last year.

Bang Bang did around 24cr on 1st day with a clash. Don’t see it going past 17-18cr, even that would be good if happens considering how Akshay films are faring at boxoffice since last few years. He never really had a good time anyways, except for 07-08.

For a good change, this is sincerely funny. Sik was big at bo, this one be or not. I find it better. Songs can be make or break for this one. But it looks better movie than sik. If sik was phir hera pheri, this one will be hera pheri.

Aaja Mahi is a sureshot chartbuster. I love the original, grew up listening to it. SIB has a solid soundtrack (for this type of film)- of the 4 released songs, 3 are charbusters. Haven’t been this excited for an Akki film since Rowdy Rathore.
