    The first look of Bollywood’s most talked about off screen couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif is finally out. The first poster of Jagga Jasoos was shared by Ranbir Kapoor on Instagram where the actor and actress are seen fooling with funky props. While both the stars are seen wearing a similar pair of glasses, Ranbir also holds a prop that gives the impression of a mustache on his face.

    The film is being helmed by Anurag Basu whose last outing with Ranbir, Barfi turned out to be a roaring success. Kapoor plays a detective in the movie with Katrina as his trusty aide. In the film the two actors will go on a lookout for Ranbir’s missing father played by Govinda.

    Ranbir Kapoor’s journey from a teenager to a 40 year old man will also be depicted in the film. The actors will also through special make-up sessions to look the part. While Ranbir will play a 19-year-old, Katrina’s role in Jagga Jasoos is that of a 22-year-old.

    The film will be a musical and is slated to release in August in the coming year

    Jagga Jasoos has been in the making for a long time now, but there is no end to its delay. The film has been constantly delayed because of Anurag Basu’s way of filming. As Ranbir Kapoor recently stated to a leading daily, “I still have 70 days of shoot left for Jagga Jasoos. Anurag Basu is a crazy man, he works without a script. He loves improvising and making films in a chaotic manner.”

    The film has already been reshot several times and now Anurag has demanded for another reshoot and even more dates from both his stars Ranbir and Katrina. We hear that this has apparently miffed Katrina Kaif and she is not ready to give any more dates to Anurag. Apart from this, we also hear that all isn’t well between Kat and the director. Basu reportedly scolded Ranbir’s ladylove in front of everyone present on set which didn’t go down too well with the babe, and she stormed off set.

    Our sources also reveal that Ranbir and Anurag have had several differences over the climax of the film. “The film was initially set to be a film for kids, but now it is turning into an adult drama,” says our source.

    We tried confirming this news from Katrina‘s publicist, but she didn’t know anything about it. What will happen next is a mystery in itself as of now

    Great look… I’m very confident Jagga Jasoos will be gamechanger for Ranbir. This will turn out very good inspite of all the delays in shooting.

    Ranbir’s pricing and attitude has benefited with the ‘Corporate loot’ in mentioned in the articles Rooney posted. YRF etc have discarded him long back with the pricing etc he apparently demands. KJo/dharma have tried to resuscitate his career with audience friendly Diwali release to some success. Ranbir somewhat fits the Vivek Oberoi syndrome, where basically Aditya Chopra apparently had told the Oberoi lad on the lines that – you can become next Shahrukh Khan but problem with you is that you already think you are Shahrukh Khan.

    Ranbir’s choice of movies is his undoing and he does not realize that to do an Aamir , more than anything he needs a freakin flawless / foolproof script to back him. So unless his script sense is impervious / unable to be penetrated all these outings will be a waste of time for some time to come until he finds the right commercial bearings.

    I hope I am way off the mark but I do feel that we are probably looking at 2017’s biggest disaster here, I do sincerely hope I am completely wrong here but everything points towards a huge disaster coming up.
