Surefire HIT. Great to see veteran Ajay D play his age in a superbly written role, ably supported by Tabu & Rakul Preet. 2nd hit of 2019 for Ajay on its way.

Absolutely. This is excellent coming from Ajay. I did not like him in Total Dhamaal’s trailer.
But here he is fantastic. The ace however is the younger actress with him. She is not only beautiful but is doing the best comedy.
Tabu as third person is icing on the cake.
Overall gave me as mush positive as i got from the trailer of Badhaai Ho.

Luv Ranjan is now amongst the top shot directors. Another thing which i am sure would come soon are Blockbuster songs. Remixes but still blockbusters.

As long as he stays away from Yrf there’s no stopping him. I’m sure his Forest Gump Indian remake would add to the long list of Qsqt, Jjws, AAA, Sarfarosh, Lagaan, Dch, Rdb, Tzp, 3i, Pk, Dangal, SS.

Ajay is seriously doing diverse films and getting monster BO hits also be it GM3, Raid, Singham series or such comedies…….i rate him much better than srk, sallu and akki.

this trailer has written SUPERHIT all over it – Tabu is ageing reverse. Raku Prit Singh is a revelation here. And Ajay Devgn is 50 times better than akki any day 😉

Only in comedy so far i have found Ajay a bit holding himself back. Else he is powerhouse across rest of the genres.
However this movie’s trailer has changed my mind because in this comedy film…Ajay is rocking.

Ajay is not a good comedian, I haven’t seen the trailer. The best star actor comedian is Govinda since 90’s followed by Akshay. Anil Kapoor is good too. Ajay’s comedy act on par with Aamir in D3 (action), Salman trying to emote or Ranbir being serious in Rajneeti – all epic fails.
But in general always liked Devgnn for films like HDDCS, Zakhm and Drishyam.

I think in comedies, a lot of times Ajay does benefit from his co-stars presence. Guys like Arshad Warsi and Ritesh Deshmukh excel there and Devgan while not being great in that respect does benefit from being in ensemble casts like these. In Bol Bachan as well Devgan had the one-liners but Abhishek had better comic timing.
Rakul Singh Preet is the major surprise here,
I find Devgan adequate at best in comedy and mediocre at other times there. He has improved there with time certainly. I found his first attempts at comedy in Ishq and Hum Kisi Se Kum Nahin quite poor. Now, he is more at home there. However, he remains at his best in intense roles.
He still has to deliver it it big without Rohit Shetty. And this film along with the very good momentum offered by TD may do it for him.

Agree. Although I’ve not seen a single Golmaal film, only Bol Bachchan but did see HKSKN – awful.
