Well well well, a lot of (not) scary film and two (overseas) romance. New York and Saif are a genre by themselves, you just change the girl for a new film. Kites with a totally demented Hrithik is promoted like the most Hollywood of Bollywood films (and he’s right, the poster looks like Dirty Dancing or Step Up2 !!). He made me laugh when he said Bollywood was obsolete ’cause the kind of US cinema he’s trying to make was already out of fashion in 1995 !
Other films might be interesting but failed to create curiosity. Click looks like an old Coppola venture, and others have an interesting… . Can’t wait for the return of Reno Ranes in Rnuway !!

As much as the premise sounds cheesy what with quoting 1996 and 2005, my faith in imitaz makes me curious abt this movie.

Is Love Aaj Kal set in New York? From the Qutb Minar on the poster I thought it would be set in Delhi…

Q’s enthusiasm for Sankat City has less to do with its potential as a good film than the presence of a certain actress in the movie!

Given that most films have been pushed forward, there is going to be a real clamour for release dates, when the strike gets over. Two whole months have been lost and nothing great in sight for the next three weeks.
