Comedy will not be the same. Actor who brought laughter to millions through his incredible comic timing. His contribution to the world of Hindi Cinema will be remembered forever.
This was a treat to watch, so many from the film Industry came to celebrate his birthday. Javed Akhtar spoke well, both of his brothers spoke well. Anil kept tearing up.
When Shankar sang Kal na ho na ho ( sad version) it was a beautiful samma. Udit sang terey naam.
Anupam managed the entire show with so much class, grace and affection. he kept acknowledging everyone by name as he noticed them. he even called Kaushik’s assistants on the stage. The moment when I teared up was when Kaushik’s daughter shared a poem that she wrote to go with Kaushik to the ashes. For a 10-12 years old to write that was so so moving.
Happy Birthday Satish Kaushik sahab. Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.
