The only positive point about Kamal Hassan joining this movie, besides getting huge paycheck is that this Prabhas movie appears to have atleast decent script. If script is good, this can work and work bigtime.

They spent days running the countdown and finally comes up with first look of Prabhas. Seriously looks like fan made. All they can come up with this first look for most expensive movie in history- 600 cros or whatever.

99% of India’s film makers are incapable of making larger than life films. All industries should get back to the drawing board and reignite the middle class tales. That’s where the likes of ZHZB, Drishyam 2 & Satyaprem clicked.

The industry does NOT need an Adipurush, Salaar, Brahmastra, Jawan or Project K every second month unless they’re based on mythological epics or are a franchise.

The budget seems to be main issue here plus Prabhas has lost touch after Bb2 and his stardom seems to be under question mark untill he proves everyone wrong with Saalar. Kamal Hassan’s inclusion may turn out to be a plus point for the film but that won”t be enough to get it to safer zone. Still if Nag Ashwin manages to create something extraordinary and if he manages to restrict Bachchan to a 10 to 15 minutes role then one may expect some foreworks at least during its opening weekend .

I honestly have no idea why desi film makers are after signing this cardboard star in every mega budget production. Prabhas comes from an industry that makes Salman films seem classics with the most demented fanbase ever.

Salman does not have Baahubali in his filmography. I will take Prabhas over the idiot salman anyday. But after Adipurush, if both Salaar and Kalki fails it will be the end of Prabhas as far as mega budget pan india films are concerned.

I really liked it.. The teaser falls exactly on the lines that i said yesterday.. Nag Ashwin seems to have created something extraordinary and has not shown any Bachchan’s glimpse in first look.. Bachchan was even invisible at this prestigious launch as well, where only Director, Kamal Hassan and Prabhas were seen. Best of luck Kalki team!!!

I think this will do lot better than salaar. The cast is much bigger and known (especially for hindi belt) with having Dipika/bachchan.
USA will have huge collection first week prices per ticket at around $35.
